Ivan Cordeiro Junior is the founder and CEO of Marfin, a venture builder that creates and runs software, services and media companies.
He started Marfin in 2020 to build companies the way a factory builds products. Each one starts from a real problem, is built AI-first by a small team, and inherits the audience, talent and infrastructure of the ones before it.
As CEO he sets the thesis, chooses which problems Marfin takes on and puts together the teams that build each company. He runs Marfin from Oslo, Norway, with a fully remote team.

Engineering
Trained as an industrial engineer, he spent seven years in manufacturing, the last five at Aker Solutions leading Lean and process improvement.

Left engineering to build his own: a business for independent musicians, then a digital marketing agency.

Started a daily channel on Stoic philosophy that grew into the largest in Latin America.
