What this skill does
Takes a CNPJ and returns a structured dossier with everything public: registration, partners, share capital, CNAE activities, tax status, address and risk indicators. Ideal for quick due diligence, compliance, KYC or pre-prospecting.

What the dossier covers
- Registration: legal name, trade name, founding date, legal structure, company size
- Address: full address + street type
- Registration status: active, closed, suspended, and the reason
- Activities: primary and secondary CNAE
- Share capital: declared, paid-in, and its history when available
- Ownership: partners, role, stake
- Flags: tax domicile, MEI, Simples Nacional opt-in

- The CNPJ does not need to be active — the skill reports the status
