What this skill does
Generates 3 variations of a personalized cold email for one specific prospect, based on your ICP (ideal customer profile) and the prospect's site. Each variation tests a different hook: pain point, social proof and curiosity.
When to use
- 1:1 outbound to a qualified prospect
- Re-engaging a lead that went quiet
- Asking for an intro to someone specific
Don't use for:
- Mass email (it will read as spam)
- Newsletters (use your provider)
How it works
- You give it: the prospect's URL, your ICP in 1 sentence, your offer in 1 sentence
- The skill reads the prospect's site (if web search is enabled)
- Identifies 1 personal/company hook that justifies reaching out now
- Generates 3 email variations (≤ 90 words each)
- Suggests the subject line for each variation
- Includes a signature block with no fluff
Copy principles
- Line 1: why HIM, why now (not you)
- Line 2-3: what you know about his problem
- Line 4: what you do, in 1 concrete sentence
- Line 5: a specific ask (15min? deck? intro?)
- No 'I hope this finds you well'. No 'just following up'.
Output example
Variation 1 — Hook: pain point
Subject: Still sending cold email by hand?
Hi João, I saw you posted an SDR role last week.
Most solo founders burn 10h/week doing the SDR's job
before they hire one. We built a Claude skill that
cuts that work down to ~1h/week.
Up for 15min this Thursday so I can show you?

None required. If you enable Web Search in Claude, personalization gets much stronger (the skill can read the prospect's site).
